Returns

We deal in physical products only.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition
  • It must be returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice
  • The product should not be damaged, broken, or altered

The ECAM Group reserves the right to reject return requests if the product does not meet the above conditions.


Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products used or damaged after delivery
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items purchased during sale or special offers (if applicable)
  • Return request raised after 7 days

Refunds

Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You received a wrong product
  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • Your return request is approved after inspection

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Minor color or design variation due to screen differences

Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 working days
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method

Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, you can also request a replacement for:

  • Damaged items
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items received

Replacement will be processed after verification.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed

Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping charges may be paid by the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
